Q: Are there any preservatives in your products?
A: We do NOT add preservatives! Balsamic vinegar has all natural preservative properties (similar to pickles) that allow the product to stay fresh and flavorful for up to 5 years when stored properly. Our Olive Oils will last 2 years unopened, and 1 year after opening.

Q: How should I store Branch & Vine products?
A: Although our oils and vinegar CAN be stored in the fridge, they are shelf stable. We recommend a cool, dry, dark place away from your stove or kitchen window, and in an airtight container (like our dark glass bottles) Countertop is fine!

Q: Is there sugar added to your 25 Star Balsamic?
A: NO! The sweetness of our balsamic is due to the natural sugars present in fruit. We do not add anything else to the vinegar besides fruit or vegetable infusions.

Q: What type of barrels is the 25 Star Balsamic aged in?
A: Slovenian Oak.

Q: What makes your Balsamic so thick?
A: Our special quality of grape must give the finished goods a thicker consistency. This balsamic is made exclusively for us and to our specification. It contains a minimum of 80% high quality must and wine vinegar that is aged a minimum of 18 years. The resultant product is naturally thick and sweet.

Q: How is the White Balsamic made and how does it differ from the dark?
A: The product is produced in the same manner with the same ingredients as the dark balsamic. The difference is that for the white, they choose the lightest batch of grape must that they have and then they filter the resultant product which lightens it further.

Q: Are your products vegan?
A: Yes, our Oil, Vinegar, Salts, Teas are all vegan. Our honey is currently the only product we sell that is not vegan.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We have shipped as far as Spain. We will ship to the lower 48 states through our site and anywhere in the world, if you would like to contact us.

Q: How long until I can expect my package?
A: We ship all packages by USPS or UPS priority service so you can enjoy the products as soon as possible. We strive to send out packages same day, but please allow up to 2 business days for handling. Also, USPS and UPS do not deliver on national holidays, or weekends. Saturday is not considered a business day. Shipping originates from southern California.

Q: Is there a physical store I can visit?
A: We keep our costs low by NOT having the overhead surrounding a brick and mortar storefront and multiple personnel to work there. We pass the savings on to you by keeping the bottle pricing low. If you would like to visit us in person, in southern California, we have several markets weekly where you can try all our flavors.
